BEHZISTY POWER GENERATOR REQUIREMENT
Narmak Behzisty institution in Tehran looks after over 600 mentally and physically disadvantaged children. Most of the children in this centre are severely handicapped and vital treatments provided to these kids relies totally on medical equipment that requires a reliable source of electricity. With regular interruptions in electricity supply in Tehran, specially during summer time, the need for a power generator for the institution had grown bigger than ever. In 2015/2016 FACE Foundation proudly arranged the purchase, delivery and installation of a 275KW power generator for the Behzisty institution. Behzisty is mainly financed by the public and selected charities and they simply did not have the means or the manpower to implement a project of this scale. The work took around 8 months to complete and enabled the institution to operate as efficiently as required. A “dream come true” as they put it.
